Orders sent within the UK are sent either Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 2nd Class, depending on the item. Orders sent via 1st Class should take between 1-3 working days to arrive once dispatched. Orders sent 2nd Class should take between 3-5 working days to arrive once dispatched. Please remember all arrival dates are estimates and NOT guaranteed. 

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order to organise a return. You will then need to post the item back to us within 30 days of receiving your order including the date you received it.

Please make sure you obtain proof of postage from your shipping provider for the return package, as we cannot give refunds if the returned package has gone missing in the post. In this instance it will be your responsibility to make a claim with your shipping provider.
