Orders will be shipped within 48 hours via Royal Mail. Once shipped items will arrive within 2-3 working days.

We operate a 14 working day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends) and the returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted. Returns are only valid if items are returned in an unworn and unused condition, in original packaging with labels still firmly attached. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days after receipt of your return.

If you return something outside of the returns period, we reserve the right to issue a credit note or resend the goods ordered back to the original delivery address. It is your responsibility to make sure you send your order back using a ​recorded​ and ​trackable service​. We cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels. It will be your responsibility to claim this back through the postal service provider.
